Our history
Madtech Support began in 2009 when Warren recognised a gap in the market for in-home IT support that was on-call not only for resolving IT issues, but for training the user to fix the issue, should it arise in the future.  From these small beginnings, Madtech Support grew into a reliable technology support-business and within its first years, it began supporting clients in Australia, the United Kingdom and India.

Madtech Support has assisted clients such as Assa Abloy (India), Stina Jewellery and cecif.com and has been white labelled for other exclusive high-end clients.

e provide support in a number of technologies, specialising in Linux and related open source programs, Google Apps, social media marketing and digital content. 

We deliver thorough and complete solutions, and have adopted the old adage that if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing properly.


Our team
Warren founded Madtech Support in 2009 as an IT support partner that is committed to delivering high quality output. He has over 16 years of IT industry experience (over a year in the UK, six years in Australia and 10 years in India). He has a sound foundation in the best IT practices and his key message  the importance of a planned and systematic approach to the management of IT — is a result of witnessing first-hand the longterm effects on organisations that did not take the role of IT seriously. 

Warren has worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, Holeproof, Megha IT Consulting (co-founder), and McDonalds.


Prema has over seven years of experience with copywriting and marketing. She has worked with clients such as Quscient Technologies (website/social media content and recording eLearning modules), Headphone Zone (website/social media content), Pulse Solutions (writing content for Chemist Direct, Custom Software Lab, Apollo (USA), American Apartment Owners Association (AAOA), Executive Escapes, Piranha Fitness Studio, Pan Gulf Products, and JG Marketing in Australia).
